Sales 

Service Sales Specialist – Markham - This sales support position is responsible for providing knowledge and expertise to Brains II’s Service Sales Consultants and Clients on all Brains II Services Offerings including Hardware Maintenance, IMACD and Deployment Services, Depot Repair, Placement Services, Print Fleet Management and Managed Services.  We are looking for an individual with a Post secondary education or equivalent with 5-10 years of proven experience supporting Services solution-based inside Sales and pricing strategies, proven industry knowledge of IT Services offerings, ability to develop and implement IT services solutions based on a clear understanding of client business requirements, experience in writing and understanding complex proposals and contracts, knowledge of IT industry, marketplace trends and key indicators,, customer relations, negotiating and decision making skills. 

Service Consultant – All Cities - You will manage a territory of accounts;  responsibilities include establishing and maintaining the customer relationship, managing the sales call process, identifying and qualifying opportunities involving appropriate resources to execute these opportunities.  Experience in development of proposals, business cases, financial analysis, cost benefit assessment and pricing methodologies are required to make recommendations to the customer. Key priority and focus of this role is on solving client business problems with Brains II products, services and solutions. We are looking for 5+ proven industry experience with solution-based selling strategies leading to Technical and Professional services revenues, and Intel, Mid-Range, UNIX  Internetworking, Print and Software Sales. Extensive knowledge in the IT industry along with highly developed selling, communication, customer relations, negotiating and decision making skills are vital. 

Telemarketing Representative – Markham – We need someone who’s great with direct marketing via phone. You must know how to reach people and to create interest and want to be part of a dynamic team that offers a great opportunity for success and enjoyable teamwork. 

Technical Services

On-site Technician/IMAC – Ottawa - As part of an on-site support team located at a customer site you will take direction from the site departmental representative who will co-ordinate work. Position includes unpacking, performing quality assurance, testing and imaging computers using software tools; installation of desktops, monitors, K/V/M, switches, printers, scanners at users workstations; connection of computers to network; installing, routing, and managing all of the various cables to leave the workstation in a neat and tidy condition; connectivity tests on setup to ensure proper working condition and performing rudimentary problem determination; maintain the accuracy of inventory database and prepare paperwork and equipment for disposal. At least one year experience with activities mentioned above is required. Experience in inventory tracking, terminating fibre optic cables with ST and/or SC connectors; PC hardware, terminating copper cable and installing and maintaining PC hardware on a LAN environment will be an asset. Candidate must obtain or currently have Top Secret Clearance.

Senior Support Technician – Markham - Brains II is looking for a Senior Support Technician to work in our Technical Assistance Center.  A SUN/STK background would be an asset.  You should have an overall knowledge of main stream computing products as you will support our field engineers over the phone using all the on-line and internal tools available within our support infrastructure. We are looking for a mature individual with many years of experience servicing Servers, Desktop, Printers, and Storage products. You must be skilled at directing technicians through maintenance procedures and trouble shooting over the phone. Occasional site visits may be required .

Service Controllers – Markham – This critical role within the Field Service Team, requires that you have good Customer communication, telephone etiquette, and strong organizational skills. In this position you will take first level calls and establish entitlement, problem and severity and then coordinate resources to perform services within the required Service Levels. Technical knowledge is an asset. 

Field Service Technician – Edmonton – As part of our Field Service Team you will take direction from our Service Controller and field management to effect repairs at Customer locations. Experience on Servers, Desktops & Printers required. Good Customer relationship skills and minimum A+ certification required. 

Field Service Technician – Quebec City – As part of our Field Service Team you will take direction from our Service Controller and field management to effect repairs at Customer locations. Experience on Servers, Desktops & Printers required. Good Customer relationship skills and minimum A+ certification required. 

Field Service Technician (SUN/STK) -  As part of our Field Service Team you will take direction from our Service Controller and field management to effect repairs at Customer locations.  Experience on SUN/STK and good Customer relationship skills are required. 

IMAC Technicians – Canada-wide – Under the direction of the Project Coordination and field management teams you will work at Customer locations to perform Installation/Moves of computer-related equipment.

Professional Services

Project Manager - Markham -   We are looking for an individual with 3+ years experience. Your role is to estimate, plan, manage and close the activities and resources of designated projects and initiatives and deliver the project on time, at the prescribed budget within the established scope. 

Project Co-ordinator – Markham - You will provide customer and field services a single point of contact for all project activities. Track and report all project activities and provide customer regular status reporting on all activities. Ensure all requests are scheduled, acknowledged, completed and closed. Monitor expenses against budget allocations and escalate any issues or concerns to Project Manager. Strong organization and follow up skills are vital along with 2+ years industry related experience. Ability to multitask and manage workload in a fast-paced team environment is fundamental. 

Operations

Staffing Specialist – 6 Month Contract – Markham – Brains II is currently seeking a Contract Staffing Specialist. This position will be responsible for preparation and processing of internal and external job postings and advertisements, screening and interviewing candidates, conducting reference checks, negotiating offers with perspective candidates as well as assisting in staffing strategies. If you have 3-5 years of recruitment experience preferably in a High Tech Services Organization and are a customer-focused professional with strong interpersonal and communication skills, we would like to hear from you.

Contract Administrator – Markham - You will be required to achieve a high level of efficiency through accurate entry, maintenance and renewal of Service Agreements, ownership of equipment listing, account profile database, online profile, bulletins etc. during the life of the contract. We are looking for quick learners with 2-3 years experience, strong communication both written and verbal, solid MS Access, Excel, Word and Outlook experience. Strong customer service skills and the ability to prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment required. 

Billing Administrator – Markham - Your main objective is to ensure all non contract service activity is billed in a timely and accurate manner, indicate potential and lost revenue situations, bill special projects and ensure revenue is allocated to correct service areas. We are looking for candidates with 2+ years related experience possessing strong communications and organizational skills. Excellent MS Excel and Word skills are required in addition to working knowledge of MS Access, and you will require the ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
